Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST.
  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to 2 business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion taking place.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
  • To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Experience and/or Security teams.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees specific to your country. These charges are based on your local customs laws and the value of your order. Culture Kings does not collect or control these fees and is unable to pre-pay or waive them on your behalf. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand what may apply before placing your order.

All orders are shipped from our dispatch centre via Australia Post. Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your country’s most reliable shipping service for final delivery. For the most accurate tracking updates, please refer to your country’s courier website:

Style Addiction does not mark packages as "samples" or "gifts" to avoid taxes. We comply with all international shipping regulations.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND DELIVERIES

  • We collectyour country of destination gst on orders placed via the AU website. However, International Customs may still apply import duties or fees to orders based on current import laws. These charges are not issued by Style Addiction and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We encourage international customers to check that before making a purchase from Style Addiction website.
